Since my job is an online store and mentoring ecommerce business owners, I spend a LOT of time online each day. While most of that time is spent working, I do occasionally stumble across websites, articles, and cool things that I really like. I save these things to a Pinterest board, so someday when I have some free time, I can go back to that board and enjoy the things I found.
Here are three random things (in no particular order) that I am really loving this week. Maybe you’ll find them interesting, too!
#1 – Excavating Memo Pad
Check out this very unique notepad! As you write notes and tear off sheets of paper, you work your way into the notepad, excavating as you go. Once all the note sheets are removed, you’ve excavated an architectural model. This is SO clever! I love that you slowly uncover the model as you use the notepad. Would you be tempted to tear off sheets one after another just to reveal the model?
#2 – Solar Light
About 4 years ago I spotted this SolarPuff pop-up light and gave it as a gift to a friend. At the time, I wished I would have bought one for our family as well! Over the past week, this popped up again in a list I was looking through. I was surprised, and delighted, to see that they are still available!
This light is really unique! It folds down for compact storage. Then when you’re ready to use it, you just pull up on the handle and it forms a cube. The light is powered by the sun and is a bright white light that can light up a room up to 100-square feet! It has several settings for low light, bright light, and even a flashing light so you can use this roadside for emergencies. The light is made of a heavy-duty plastic. Because of it’s size, it’s a perfect light to have outside at night in the Summer while you’re swimming, camping, enjoying a hot tub, or stargazing.
#3 – Portable Wine
Now you can have your wine and take it with you! You can’t help but smile when you see this portable wine cubby. It’s a heavy-duty plastic flask that you fill with wine so you can take a “bottle” with you out to the pool in the summer. How clever is that?!
Just insert the included funnel into the flask and fill with your favorite wine and you’re ready to go! I have a few girlfriends that I think this would make a perfect gift for….
