This tasty cocktail goes down smooth and is so refreshing. The sloe gin gives it a nice berry flavor and is low in alcohol content.

DID YOU KNOW? Sloe Gin is made from sloe (blackthorn) berries that ripen in the Fall. They are typically picked in October and November after the first frost.

Sloe Gin Fizz
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 oz. Plymouth Sloe Gin
- 1 oz. fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz. semi-rich simple syrup (1.5:1 sugar:water)
- 2-3 oz. Sparkling Water (we like Topo Chico)
- Lemon wheel and cocktail cherry for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Pour sloe gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup into a Boston shaker filled with ice.
- Shake until well chilled.
- Add ice to a chilled highball glass, such as a Collins glass, then strain cocktail into glass.
- Top with sparkling water (about 3 ounces).
- Garnish with a lemon wheel and cocktail cherry.
- Add a straw and enjoy!
