#1 – Geometric Solar Lanterns
Add patterns of light to your outdoor space this patio season with this set of geometric solar lanterns!
These solar lanterns are so cool! The black metal fits with any decor and because they are solar, they’ll work outside in any sunny location. And the best part? At night they cast the most intricate patterns of light wherever you place them. Hang them over a sidewalk, or set them on a table – either way, they look great. The lanterns add a soft warm light to your space. The light is bright enough to see the patterns, yet not so bright that they distract from star gazing at night. The lanterns have handles, so you can even carry them from place to place. Relax by this soft light while enjoying starlit evenings on your deck, porch, or patio this Summer!
#2 – Black and Copper Throw Pillows
These black and copper throw pillows are perfect for outdoor patios! I love throw pillows – in our living room, in our bedrooms, at the pool, and on our patios. And I like to change things up every so often. Pillow covers are the best way to do this. I buy good quality pillow forms and then change the pillow covers whenever the whim hits me. I plan on using these pillow covers on our front patio this Summer. The decor there is all black and white and I use copper accents. I love geometric shapes, and I think these pillow covers will really catch the eye.
The pillow covers would also add modern flair to a living room or bedroom. Freshen up your space and give these a try!
#3 – Black and White Jumbo Chalk
I am SO excited about this fun find! It’s jumbo pieces of black and white chalk! I have so many fun plans for this!
When I first spotted this set, it was the black chalk that made me look again. Yes. Black chalk! SO cool! Once this newly fallen snow melts and warmer days are here, you will find me sitting in the middle of our concrete driveway doodling designs and patterns on the concrete. I know. I’m an adult. But I still have the heart and soul of a kid (always will), and I will never tire of drawing with chalk on the driveway. We have a courtyard patio on the front of our house, and everything is black and white decor (my favorite colors). Drawing designs on the adjacent driveway with black and white chalk will add flair to our patio and will look very cool with the custom coasters I made for the patio. I also plan on drawing designs on our concrete steps on our front entryway – I’ll draw on the upright part of the steps, not the part you walk on (I don’t want chalk tracked into the house). I think this will make the steps look pretty awesome. I also think the black chalk designs on the concrete will go really well with the coir doormats I’ve been making. Sweet!
This chalk would also be fun to use on a large slate chalkboard on a front entry to write greetings to friends. I use a letterboard now, but I do have a chalkboard I might use this Summer.
