#1 – Water Absorbing Stone Dish Drying Mat
This stone dish drying mat has been a game-changer for us! The mat is made from natural diatomaceous Earth. It absorbs water like crazy and works perfectly next to your sink.
We’ve had our stone bath mats for awhile now and absolutely love them. When I saw that this stone mat is now available as a kitchen sink mat, of course I had to buy one (or six – they make great gifts!)
The diatomaceous Earth is a stone that sucks up any water, and then dries extremely fast – like in a minute. For dishes, like glassware, that you handwash, you can just place them on this mat and you have no water mess to clean up. And… unlike cloth dish drying mats, you don’t have to put this in the wash. And… unlike silicone dish drying mats, there is no water left behind. They are simply amazing and I believe they are a must-have in the kitchen! As a matter of fact, I bought two of these for our kitchen. We keep them stacked one on top the other next to the sink. If we only need the one mat, we just use it stacked. But, if we have lots of glasses – like we do after our Monthly Cocktail Club – we just place the mats side-by-side and we have one large mat.
I love that these mats have metal feet that hold the mat up off the counter. They make it much easier to move the mats and because the feet have rubber tips, the mat won’t scratch the countertops.
I just can’t recommend these mats enough!
#2 – Ceramic Artisan Planter
Add a touch of old-world charm to your home or patio with this ceramic artisan planter.
The planter works great with a variety of houseplants. I think a Slipper Plant would look perfect in this planter. Of course, you could use it with artificial plants as well. For example, change the plants or flowers for each season or holiday. For Valentine’s Day, add a bunch of artificial berry flower stems. For Spring, add a bouquet of real-touch artificial tulips. You get the idea. So many possibilities for a great-looking planter!
#3 – Sherpa Bench
Update your entry way with this perfectly sized sherpa bench.
Because it’s a neutral color, the texture is what you notice first. The soft fabric is irresistible, making you just want to sit on the bench and relax. Imagine this in your entry way – a perfect place for guests to use to take off and put on their shoes. The neutral color works in any decor, and for any season. For example, this would look gorgeous in an entry way during the Winter months – warm and inviting and kind of looks like snow. Display it in the entry for Winter, then move it to your bedroom for the other times of the year. Sometimes it’s fun to change out a single piece in an entry way to keep it fresh and exciting, and rotating furniture is a great way to achieve that.

NOTE: Since my job is an online store and mentoring ecommerce business owners, I spend a LOT of time online each day. While most of that time is spent working, I do occasionally stumble across websites, articles, and cool things that I really like. I save these things to a Pinterest board, so someday when I have some free time, I can go back to that board and enjoy the things I found. I enjoy sharing these fun finds with you, and hope you find them interesting, too!
