#1 – Outdoor Black Metal Upright Torches
These upright black metal torches look fabulous on a patio!
I was looking for unique outdoor lighting to add to our courtyard patio when I stumbled upon this set. I love that they have a raised, upright look. We use these torches on our patio tables and they add such soft and cozy lighting when we entertain on the patio. The torches are made of heavy-duty metal and have a modern industrial look. They also have fiberglass wicks (versus cotton), so they last a long time. You could burn citronella oil in the torches to keep mosquitoes away, but we prefer to burn Firefly Safe and Green Torch Fuel in our torches. The fuel oil is non-toxic, safe for the environment, and is odorless.
Use these torches for a star-gazing party in your backyard. They would also work well around a pool for night swimming. Group them together for a brighter display, or place them separately in strategic areas of your patio, deck, or landscaping to add pops of light.
#2 – Outdoor Black Metal Table Torches
These black metal table torches work great on a patio table or even on the patio itself. Made by the same manufacturer as the torches mentioned above, this design of torch works very well sitting on a patio or deck. They can also be used on a table if you prefer. We have these torches set up around our patio near our giant banana plants, giant elephant ear plants, and Majesty Palm trees. The flames from the torches add a tropical vibe to our patio – we love the look!
#3 – Outdoor Black Metal Torches on Stakes
And for added outdoor flair, place several of these black metal torch stakes in your yard. This style of torch (also made by the same manufacturer) works very well around a firepit area or along a pathway. The stakes stay securely in the ground, even on very windy days. The stakes can also be adjusted in height – so you can have all the torches at the same height along a walkway, or at different heights when grouped together in a garden or firepit.
We have around a dozen of these various torches on and around our patio. We have been enjoying the flames all Summer, and will continue to enjoy them throughout the Fall and Winter. Because they were all made for outdoors, they’ll endure the weather of all seasons.
