#1 – Wall Art Dragonfly
This large dragonfly wall sculpture is sure to attract attention!
I’m redesigning a room in our house by turning it into a plant room / guest bedroom. I want the room to have the feel of a Victorian conservatory. I’ve added a few interesting wall sculptures to the wall, and would love to add this one as well! I could also envision this sculpture added to a fence in a garden, or even to a front door or patio wall. It’s definitely quirky, and I like that.
#2 – Tabletop Firepit
This tabletop firepit is absolutely awesome!
When I spotted this firepit, I knew it would be perfect for our patio and for our dining room table. We love making s’mores indoors on our other (smaller) indoor firepit, but this one is much larger and looks so incredible on the table. It can burn several types of fuel – we use isopropyl alcohol. Not only is the flame more enticing than the flames on a candle, you can roast marshmallows over it, too!
Use this firepit on your dining room table, coffee table, or on a deck or patio. It creates soft lighting and it’s fun to watch the flames dance about. Now that the days are getting shorter, it’s even more fun to have this firepit lit throughout the evening. It’s fun to use for parties, while stargazing on the patio, or even while sitting around the pool. It comes with fire glass, but I plan on changing this glass for each season or holiday. For example, for Halloween, we’re using orange fire glass. For Christmas, we’ll use green fire glass. On the first day of Winter, I’ll likely use clear iridescent fire glass. So many choices and fun ways to change the look with something so simple.
#3 – Waffle Hand Towels
Waffle towels are some of my new favorite towels!
I saw these towels while searching for something else and they definitely caught my eye. I decided to buy a bunch of them in different colors for the bathrooms in our house. They are so cool! I love the texture they add to the decor, and they are so soft and absorbent, too. While I realize these are ‘just towels’, they have other uses as well. For example, line a wicker basket with one of these towels, add fresh baked baguettes, and wrap the towel around the bread to keep it warm on your table while serving dinner. The towels also work well as interesting linens to put on your center island beneath a fruit bowl or flower vase – they add that extra texture to the display. And of course, the towels can be used in a kitchen or bathroom as hand towels.
