#1 – Metal and Bamboo Shower Shelf/Caddy
I absolutely love this metal and bamboo shower shelf! I spent a lot of time searching for ‘the perfect shelf’ to use in our shower, and when I spotted this set, I had to try them. I’m so glad I did!
We already have built-in shelves in our walk-in shower for shower supplies, but I wanted a shelf for houseplants that would thrive in the shower. I wanted a shelf that looked like it was floating on the glass wall in our shower, and I was hoping to find something with bamboo to match the other bamboo wood in our master bathroom. I’m telling you – this shelf fits everything I was looking for!
The two large adhesive pads are very strong, as well as waterproof. You simply stick them on the glass or tile, then hang the metal and wood shelf. I have both of these shelves installed in our shower – one holds bromeliads and other plants that love humidity and sprays of water, the other holds a collection of flowering orchids tucked into sphagnum moss. I decided to leave off the included hanging clip on the front of the shelves for a more streamlined look.
Of course, you can use these shelves to hold shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. – but to add more interest to your shower, give them a try with houseplants!
#2 – Wind Spinner for Your Yard
Add this wind spinner to your yard for a pop of color and movement.
Just push the post into the ground, wait for the wind, and you’ll be mesmerized for hours. This wind spinner spins around a central axis, and also has vertical rotors made of colorful metal cups that spin and twirl independently. The cups have colorful faux crystals for even more flair.
Not only does this wind spinner add interest to your yard, it also is a great way to tell how windy it is outside. A work of art with a purpose!
#3 – Indoor / Outdoor Rug
Add style and interest to your porch, patio, or home with this patterned indoor/outdoor rug – made in Egypt.
This 5×7-foot rug is made of polypropylene/polyester so it can withstand the outdoor elements. It would look fabulous on a patio as a focal point. This rug can also be used indoors – it’s durable and would be fun for a bathroom, laundry room, or entryway. You could also use this rug on a deck or as a doormat outside your home. Makes a nice mat for laying on in the lawn for star-gazing nights, as well.
