#1 – Standard Supply Wood Box

I absolutely love this small wood storage box! I love that the box is stamped “Standard Supply” and that the box looks old. This box is very handy to have around!

Use the box in a bathroom to hold lotions, hand soap, and other small toiletries. Use the box in a kitchen to hold everyday spices. Place the box on a windowsill with old bottles in it, and use the bottles as vases for your favorite cut flowers or to propagate houseplants. Use the box in a shop or studio to hold art supplies and small tools. Fill the box with small potted plants for an interesting display or centerpiece. Use the box on a deck or patio to hold napkins or condiments for your next outdoor get-together. I used this box at a recent family party to hold glass apothecary jars filled with candy – the display looked really cool. There are just so many ways to use this box!

#2 – Disco Ball Planter

You NEED this disco ball planter – trust me! I think everyone could use a few sparkles in their lives, and this disco ball planter provides.

Use the planter as a hanging basket with the included hanger, or place it on the included wood stand and set it on a desk, table, or shelf – either way, it looks cool! When the sun shines in and reaches the disco ball, you’ll have sparkles all around your room.

The planter does have a drain hole, so it’s perfect for any plants that can fit in a 6-inch diameter pot.

If you wanted, you could plug the drain hole and use the planter as a vase on a center island, desk, or dining room table – what a fun look! You could also use the planter and stand on a party buffet table to hold utensils for a real unique look.  I’m going to use one of these planters on the stand on a coffee table on our patio in the Spring, and another planter with the stand in our master bathroom to hold one of my favorite houseplants. Lots of fun ways to use this cool disco ball!

#3 – Handmade Fabric Storage Bags

Organize your space in style with these handmade fabric storage bags.

Use one or more of these bags in a child’s bedroom to hold toys, or in a baby nursery to hold baby supplies – kids love the bright colors and wild patterns. The bags also look great in a shop, studio, or office to hold art and craft supplies. Use one of the bags in a guest bathroom to hold hand towels or rolls of toilet paper. You could even use the bag to dress up a standard potted plant – just slip the pot inside the bag for instant decor.

The bags also look great on a covered porch in the Summer and can be used to hold throw blankets for those cool Summer nights. Use one of the smaller bags on a kitchen counter to hold fruits and breads. There are many clever ways you can use these bags – be creative!

You can find product links to all three things on Pinterest at Things I Like and you can find some of these things in my Amazon Marketplace Storefront.

NOTE: Since my job is an online store and mentoring ecommerce business owners, I spend a LOT of time online each day. While most of that time is spent working, I do occasionally stumble across websites, articles, and cool things that I really like. I save these things to a Pinterest board, so someday when I have some free time, I can go back to that board and enjoy the things I found. I enjoy sharing these fun finds with you, and hope you find them interesting, too!
