Sex on a Snowbank Cocktail

INGREDIENTS:

• 1-1/2 oz. Malibu Rum (any rum will work, but this gives it a more coconut flavor)
• 3 tablespoons Coconut Cream OR Cream of Coconut (both are available at Walmart in town)
• 1-1/2 tablespoon Simple Syrup (optional, but use if you like the coconut flavor a little sweeter)
• 6 large Ice Cubes
• Shredded Coconut for glass rim garnish (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Place ingredients into a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Garnish rim of cocktail glass with shredded coconut (if desired).
4. Pour into a chilled martini glass, and enjoy!

OPTIONAL IDEA:
If you don’t want to use a blender, you can just use crushed ice in a shaker, add ingredients, shake, and serve.
