Salted Caramel Mudslide Cocktail Recipe

I just made a double-batch of salted caramel brownies this afternoon. The house smells so good! The brownies reminded me of a cocktail I had found, so wanted to share this with you.

Salted Caramel Mudslide Cocktail

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 oz. Bailey’s Irish Cream
  • 3 oz. Kahlua Coffee Liqueur
  • 3 oz. Vodka
  • 1 tablespoon Caramel Sauce (we like the Ghirardelli sauce)
  • 1 tablespoon Raw Sugar
  • 1/3 teaspoon Flake Sea Salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Pour half of caramel sauce into a small dish and dip rim of each glass into the caramel.
  2. Add raw sugar into another shallow dish and dip glasses into sugar.
  3. Drizzle the remaining caramel inside each glass and swirl to coat.
  4. Add Irish cream, coffee liqueur and vodka to a Boston Shaker, and fill with ice.
  5. Shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds.
  6. Fill glasses halfway with ice and strain the cocktail over the ice.
  7. Sprinkle each glass with a pinch of flaked sea salt.
  8. Serve immediately, and enjoy!
