I just made a double-batch of salted caramel brownies this afternoon. The house smells so good! The brownies reminded me of a cocktail I had found, so wanted to share this with you.
This recipe makes two cocktails.
Give it a try!

Salted Caramel Mudslide Cocktail
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 oz. Bailey’s Irish Cream
- 3 oz. Kahlua Coffee Liqueur
- 3 oz. Vodka
- 1 tablespoon Caramel Sauce (we like the Ghirardelli sauce)
- 1 tablespoon Raw Sugar
- 1/3 teaspoon Flake Sea Salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Pour half of caramel sauce into a small dish and dip rim of each glass into the caramel.
- Add raw sugar into another shallow dish and dip glasses into sugar.
- Drizzle the remaining caramel inside each glass and swirl to coat.
- Add Irish cream, coffee liqueur and vodka to a Boston Shaker, and fill with ice.
- Shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds.
- Fill glasses halfway with ice and strain the cocktail over the ice.
- Sprinkle each glass with a pinch of flaked sea salt.
- Serve immediately, and enjoy!
Cheers!
