Hugo Spritz
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 oz. St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 3 oz. Ruffino Prosecco
- 1 oz. Sparkling Water (i.e., Topo Chico or San Pellegrino)
- 4-5 Mint Sprigs
- Lemon Garnish
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Put mint into a lowball glass and muddle slightly.
- Add elderflower liqueur, prosecco, and sparkling water to your glass, then add a large ice cube.
- Garnish with mint and a lemon wheel.
NOTE: My mint plant didn’t survive the cold temperature last night, so I had to make this cocktail without the mint. It still tastes good!
Cheers!
