#1 – LED Light Box

I stumbled on this LED light box this week, and my imagination has been running wild!

This light box is made for tracing – but there are so many other clever uses as well. Hang this lightbox on the wall and use it as a lighted message board. Use colorful dry erase markers to write directly on the surface. You can even use the light box to highlight your drawings – again, just use dry erase markers. You can also use this light box to display photo negatives – remember photo prints and negatives? I also like to print my favorite photos on vellum paper in black and white using my laser printer, and then display a collage of photos on the light board (I just use a small amount of glue stick to adhere the photos to the board – this allows the photos to be removed easily).

We currently have a vintage x-ray light box hanging on one of our walls and we use it for drawing and writing on. Our kids loved it when they were small, and we still use it now. We also have a vintage light box that was used as panels in fast food restaurants to hold photos of food. I’ve converted that into a photo holder for my vellum printed photos. This new LED light box is going to be used in our Fort renovation project. It might even get used for its intended purpose. 😉

#2 – LED Solar In-Ground Lights

This set of 4 LED in-ground solar lights is perfect for any outdoor landscape! And to make them even more awesome, they’re on sale right now at 83% off!

The LED lights are solar powered and are waterproof. You can push them into the ground near a tree, along a sidewalk, or in a planter and have bright light to light your way. They can be set to automatically turn on when it’s dark, and turn off in the day. They run for 7-hours when fully charged.

The lights would look great lighting a pathway to a pool, firepit, or patio. They would also look cool along a driveway. Use one light in a planter to uplight your favorite potted plants. So many ways to use these lights. Grab them at this price before they get away!

#3 – Round Serving Tray

I love the bright pop of orange for this round tray! The color makes you feel happy.

This tray could be used on a couch or ottoman to hold beverages and snacks during family movie night. Or use it on the deck or patio to hold cool drinks on hot Summer nights or warm beverages on cool Fall nights. The tray would also look awesome on a center island as a “catch-all” for mail, keys, and miscellaneous items that always seem to land on the center island. You could use this tray on a vanity in a bathroom to hold perfume, make up, and other toiletries. It would also brighten up a space on a shelf, used to hold your potted houseplants.

How would you use this bright orange tray?

You can find product links to all three things on Pinterest at Things I Like and you can find some of these things in my Amazon Marketplace Storefront.

NOTE: Since my job is an online store and mentoring ecommerce business owners, I spend a LOT of time online each day. While most of that time is spent working, I do occasionally stumble across websites, articles, and cool things that I really like. I save these things to a Pinterest board, so someday when I have some free time, I can go back to that board and enjoy the things I found. I enjoy sharing these fun finds with you, and hope you find them interesting, too!
