#1 – Cement Hurricane Candle Holder
This cement hurricane candle holder stopped me in my tracks! I love items that have an aged patina – especially things with a vintage Mediterranean flair. This candle holder has so much character!
Use this candle holder on a patio or deck with your favorite scented pillar candle. It will create a soft glow in any space.
I could also see using this candle holder (or two of them) as utensil holders at parties. You could even drop in a small clear drinking glass and use the holder as a vase for fresh cut flowers from your garden. So many creative uses!
#2 – Cast Iron Toilet Sign
This cast iron art deco toilet sign is just so cool! As a vintage shop owner, I love anything vintage – especially unique pieces. I’ve been searching for a vintage metal restroom sign to put on one of our guest bathroom doors. We have a lot of doors in our house, so I thought having a sign on the bathroom door would help guests know which door is the bathroom (versus pantry, basement, or closet). I haven’t found just the right vintage sign yet, but when I stumbled on this cast iron sign this past week, I was so excited! While this sign is only designed to look like a sign from the 1940s, I know it will serve the purpose in our house until I find a real vintage sign to use.
I think this sign could fit with any decor, and it would definitely add interest to any home.
What do you think of this sign?
#3 – Nylon Chinese Lantern String Lights
I really like the look of paper Chinese lanterns. They add subtle lighting to any room or outdoor space. The problem with paper lanterns is that they’re made of paper. This doesn’t work very well when you want to use the lanterns outside on a patio. But… I found the solution! Here is a set of Nylon Chinese Lanterns!
This 168″ long lantern string lights are made of nylon and are weather resistant! This light string runs on batteries so you can put it up anywhere – including an outdoor patio or deck, or even next to a pool.
I was so excited to have found this set! We’ll be celebrating my son’s birthday next week with a family pool party. I plan on hanging a string of these lights outside by the pool to help decorate the space. I think they’ll look amazing!
Since the lanterns are made of nylon, you can leave them outside during the Summer and enjoy them every evening.
Where would you hang these lanterns?

NOTE: Since my job is an online store and mentoring ecommerce business owners, I spend a LOT of time online each day. While most of that time is spent working, I do occasionally stumble across websites, articles, and cool things that I really like. I save these things to a Pinterest board, so someday when I have some free time, I can go back to that board and enjoy the things I found. I enjoy sharing these fun finds with you, and hope you find them interesting, too!
