Here’s a cocktail that’s citrusy and complex-tasting, and OH so good!
If you want, you can use a larger glass – such as a Collins glass – and top this cocktail off with sparkling water or wine to turn it into a spritz.

French Blonde Cocktail
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 oz. Lillet Blanc
- 2 oz. Fresh Grapefruit Juice
- 1 oz. Dry Gin
- 1/2 oz. Elderflower Liqueur (such as St. Germain)
- 3 dashes Lemon Bitters
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add ice to a Boston shaker, then add all ingredients to the shaker.
- Shake well to chill and dilute (at least 30 seconds).
- Strain into a Nick and Nora or coupe glass and serve.
